Happy Memorial Day

Memorial Day is a US holiday and we don't celebrate it here, but I would like to wish all of my US friends and readers a Happy Memorial Day. Take time, during your busy day, to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice and also those who are now serving their country. Each and every one of them is a true hero.

    Thanks Mary, you are always so thoughtful of us down south. I have been very busy so now playing the catch up on blogs. Your irises are gorgeous and those wire flower baskets will soon have some pretty flowers in them. How about impatiens in them? D's fountain looks cool and the fairy now has a good spot to look out onto your yard. I think the resin pump really adds to that spot and it was a grand idea to add it to that spot. Have a wonderful week and I need to travel on to other blog that I am behind reading.
    I do not know about you but I truly miss daily visits around the blog world. Peace

    Great posting.most of that have served have said at one time or other that just did our jobe,the Heroes were the ones that gave their lives for our counrty.

    It was a little like a Sunday here except we went and bought the new appliacnces. Daughter came over with the Princess for a while. I hadn't seen them in over a week. I am planning to take the kids to lunch and a movie on Wednesday. It is Wonder Boy's Birhtday. We'll go see Night in the Museum 2.
